Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from our online store. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges.

Return Conditions

Please ensure that the item is returned in new and resalable condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Return Process

To return an item, please contact us at heather@heatherdesigns.ca with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items, digital items, or gift cards.
